I want to cover a person with flower petals, like fur. What's a good way to attach something to skin that won't hurt to much when it comes off?

you could probably use spirit gum or eye lash glue.

If you use either of those make sure the model does not consume any alcohol 24 hrs before as it will come thru the skin and make the glue ineffective.
