some are done with my Canon 4000is point and shoot and others are done with a Canon 50D

the baked kale was with the P&S and the bread slice was 50D with a 300mm F4 and a 25 mm extension tube.

All are natural light with diffusion and or bounce provided by various kitchen cutting boards.

Very nice, Mel.

This simple, symmetrical table top stuff seems to be very popular with art directors these days, but usually it's all bright and saturated colors. These are different and cool.

Thanks!

the oven dried Kale is my favorite way to eat the vile stuff!

trimmed of stems and cut in to "potato chip" sized portions

sprayed with EVOO or (gasp) pam a nice shake of salt and

on to racks and a 250˚ oven for about 20 min.

I mainly shoot food and am always inspired by looking at others work. I have been looking at these photographers work lately and hope that others appreciate their images. Keep up the good work.
