|

Hello,
I am a NYC based photographer. One of my better clients is interested in doing 360º product shots. The product is designer clothing and will either be on a mannequin or a live model. B&H has a couple of turntables that will support this but they start at $4000 which I can not justify for a test shoot. So, does anyone on this board have one of these and is willing to rent it and possibly their studio for the day? Or, does anyone know if any of the rental houses rents these things, I checked online with the usual places and do not see anything like it. By the way, the BH model is: Ortery PhotoCapture 360L
Thanks, Ken Cox |

Perhaps a trip to Home Depot, or a place that stocks rollerblade wheels. With a little construction, and an anchor point, you could create a rotating platform. Here is an example of a tracking platform, like for video usage.

Maybe that will give you a few ideas. Hope that helps. _________________ Ciao!

| I would contact your local photo and film rental houses. Odds are, they have a couple to choose from depending on the dimensions of the product. |

I've used a big lazy susan for similar stuff on a manaquin. _________________ I'm gonna sign your pitty on the runny kine. |
